Sébastien Roussel replaces Joao Felix Da Silva at the head of John Cockerill Industry. After having carefully prepared his succession, João Felix da Silva will reach retirement age at the end of July. He will be replaced by Sébastien Roussel, who joined the Group nearly 16 years ago.
Sébastien Roussel will take over the presidency of the Industry Sector as of June 1, 2022, while João Felix da Silva will continue to work on a number of missions in which his extensive experience will be extremely valuable.
John Cockerill would like to thank João for the strong imprint he has left on the Group over the past 7 years, and for all that he will still bring to us in the future.
It is not without pride that we acknowledge our Group’s ability to grow its talents and to offer them great opportunities. We are wishing Sébastien every success in the new responsibilities with which he has been entrusted.
